Perfect Dark Blot

A hideous black giant monster, made out by black bolts and looks almost like Perfect Chaos from Sonic Advuenture.

Story:
The Phantom Blot, one of Mickey Mouse's arch nemesis, wants revenge after Mickey foiled him again (based of one episode of 'Hose of Mouse'). Months later, he then finds seven mystical diamont looking jewel (Chaos Emeralds) and wonders what those are. He then went to his new hide out and wanted to test them, but after the tests are going really wrong (because the Emeralds have great power), the enegry of the Emeralds went inside of the criminal and things didn't go well. In fact, it's even worse.
The Phantom Blot transforms into a giant monster named 'Perfect Dark Blot' and floods almost Duckburg with the black blots of his own.

It has long three-fingered arms, giant horns from his back, attack with his blots, including an almost-looking-like-beam attack from his mouth and a gigantic monster-face with three horns forward to, a long tongue with multiple sharp teeths and a roar, that everyone from the world can hear it.

Can Mickey and his friends save the city and stop the monster from destroying Duckburg and probably the world completly?
